Position Summary:

Hill Pharmacy Inc. is seeking an organized and analytical Logistics Analyst to optimize our pharmacy supply chain, inventory, and distribution operations. You will use data to improve stock availability, reduce costs, and ensure medications and supplies move efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels, order patterns, and supplier performance to optimize stock and reduce shortages or overstock.
• Monitor and improve the flow of pharmaceuticals and supplies from vendors to the pharmacy.
• Track key logistics KPIs (fill rate, lead time, carrying cost) and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, wholesalers, and delivery partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Support demand forecasting and reorder planning using historical sales and usage data.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage, handling, and DSCSA traceability requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inventory audits and supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory analysis (healthcare or pharmacy a plus).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with inventory/ERP or pharmacy management software (e.g., PioneerRx, QS/1) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and cold-chain handling is a plus.
